Die gewisse Stelle auf der Zielscheibe sieht man immer schlechter, man muss oder will sie aber noch nicht neu schneiden?
Ja, man kann die ganze Zielscheibe ja einfach neu sprayen. Unsere Vorlage ist aber aus Metall, schwer und als einzelne Person ist es mühsam mit dem Teil nur das Bullseye neu zu sprayen.
Ich habe dafür jetzt neu ein kleines Tool- den Bullseye Re-Pointer. Mit den 4 Halterungen kann ich es halten von wo ich will. Die runden Einschnitt zeigen mir, ob es gut am nächsten Ring und somit zentriert anliegt.
Bisher hat sich folgender Ablauf gut bewährt:
1. Mit einem breiten Hammer den Bereich Bullseye flach bzw anklopfen. So sind die Kanten auch auf dem zerschossenen Holz nach dem Sprayen besser sichtbar.
2.Den Re-Pointer an eine der Halterung packen und über die 4 Einschnitte so positionieren, dass das Bullseye sicher wieder zentral liegt.
3.Anpressen so gut wie es geht und mit der zweiten Hand sprayen.
4.Den Re-Pointer gerade wegziehen. Verschmieren ist auf einer zerschossenen Scheibe zwar nicht so wahrscheinlich, aber etwas Vorsicht lohnt sich trotzdem.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to see a certain spot on the target, but you don't have to or don't want to re-cut it yet?
Yes. you can simply respray all the the targetrings. However, our template is made of metal, is heavy and as a single person it is tedious to respray just the bullseye on the part.
I now have a new little tool for this - the Bullseye Re-Pointer. With the 4 holders I can hold it from wherever I want. The round incisions show me whether it sits well on the next ring and is therefore centered.
So far, the following process has worked well:
1. Use a wide hammer to flatten or tap the bullseye area. This means that the edges are more visible even on the damaged wood after spraying.
2. Grab the re-pointer on one of the holders and position it over the 4 incisions so that the bullseye is safely in the center again.
3.Press as best as you can and spray with your second hand.
4.Pull the re-pointer straight away. Smearing isn't as likely on a shot window, but it's still worth being careful.
